Ingredients

    12 oz FETTUCINE
    9 oz SHRIMP (I USED THE SALAD SHRIMP)
    8 oz FAT FREE CREAM CHEESE
    1/2 CUP PARMESAN
    5 CLOVES GARLIC
    1/4 CUP FINELY CHOPPED ONION
    1 CUP FAT FREE,LOW SODIUM CHICKEN BROTH


Directions

COOK FETTUCINE AS DIRECTED ON PACKAGE.
HEAT SKILLET, PUT IN GARLIC, ONION AND SHRIMP.FRY 1-2 MINUTES.ADD CREAM CHEESE AND CHICKEN BROTH, COOK-STIR 3 TO 4 MINUTES, UNTIL CREAM CHEESE IS MELTED AND MIXTURE IS WELL BLENDED. ADD PARMESAN CHEESE, STIR. DRAIN PASTA PLACE IN LARGE BOWL, ADD SHRIMP MIXTURE, STIR WELL AND SERVE.

Incredible!
This was so delicious, now I can have alfredo sauce without the guilt, I never thought I would be able to eat alfredo again, I might even try it with boneless skinless chicken. Thank You FeelinFroggy1.

Good
Okay. I added broccoli, used wheat pasta and used 1/2:1/2 regular/diet cream cheese, maybe the extra ingredient (broccoli) and the wheat pasta contributed to just an okay dish. Hate to toss out the leftovers, so, I'm going to add more parmesan and hopefully it will taste better.

This recipe is awesome!!!! I didn't use all of the chicken broth the recipe called for but without it it still rocks!!! Thanks for sharing I will add this to my regular recipes to prepare!!

Very Good
Very good recipe.I used penne pasta and I think this will change the calories per 1 cup serving though. I also added broccoli and sliced mushrooms. Also needs salt per taste. But love that I am very full and it was so creamy!

This was FABULOUS! I used whole wheat linguine, and neufchatel cream cheese (1/3 less fat). I also added a tiny bit extra garlic. Next time I will try adding diced tomatoes and sliced mushrooms to add some veggies and stretch the serving sizes. But this was delicious just the way it was!

Great recipe, although you can't "fry" without 1 Tbsp of olive oil. Also added chopped fresh tomatoes (2 medium), 1.5 c. broccoli, and 1.5 c. cauliflower to pasta mix before serving.

Absolutely fabulous!!! My dh and I loved it, even my 6 year old liked it. I forgot to put the parm cheese in it and omitted the onions (my dd doesn't like them). I have never been an alfredo fan, but this was fantastic and so filling!!!

Incredible!
I, (like be happy) used whole wheat pasta, and used low fat cream cheese. I also used a little cornstarch to thicken it up a bit. It was really good, two out of three kids liked it. I will make this again! Thank You for sharing.

I used whole wheat pasta to increase the fiber and next time I will use 1/3 fat cream cheese instead of fat free . The fat free was just a bit to "fake" tasting.

This is an amazing recipie!! I would eat it everyday. I usually use thawed raw shrimp and I have made it with shrimp, scallops, mushrooms and a can of crab. It is a big hit with my family and friends!! Thanks for the recipie!!!!

Added sauteed mushrooms &u sed whole wheat pasta (to increase the fiber & lower the GI) & used 4oz of fat free cream cheese & 1/2c (blended smooth) cottage cheese (to increase the protein). Sprinkled with chopped fresh parsley when done - was an absolute hit! Finally a pasta dish I actually like!
