Avacado, Tomato and Cucumber Salsa

Introduction

Amazing side for chicken that I found in Cooking light magazine Amazing side for chicken that I found in Cooking light magazine
Number of Servings: 4

Ingredients

    1/4 Tsp Salt
    1 large cucumber corsely chopped peeled and seeded
    1 cup grape tomatoes, halved
    1/2 cup chopped red onion
    1/2 cup chopped peeled avocado
    2 Tbsp chopped fresh cilantro
    2 Tbsp fresh lime juice
    1 jalapeno pepper seeded and finely chopped

Directions

Combine all ingredients in a medium bowl and mix well. Goes great with Chicken as a side dish. Makes four 3/4 cup servings
