Bush's, Black Beans, 1 (15 oz) can
Organic Diced Tomatoes, 1 (14.5 oz) can
Tomato Sauce, 1 (15 oz) can
Tomato Paste, 1 can (6 oz) (remove)
2 boneless skinless chicken breasts
Chicken Broth, 1 cup (8 fl oz)
Yellow Sweet Corn, Canned, 1 cup
1 packet Chili-O Seasoning
Cook on high for 3 hours (or on low for 7 hours).
Shred chicken in slow cooker before serving.
Serve with fat free sour cream and low fat cheese.
