Bettys Turkey and Macaroni caserole

Number of Servings: 8

Ingredients

    2 cups macaroni
    1 can mushroom soup 98% fat free
    2/3 cup skim milk
    1/2 cup catsup
    1/2 cup mozarella part skim cheese.
    1 lb ground turkey 93% lean
    1 small can mushrooms drained

Directions

brown turkey in lg pan
cook macaroni
add macaroni ,soup,catsup, mushrooms,skim
milk and mozarella cheese to meat. Mix together and pour into large baking dish. Sprinkle lightly with bread crumbs. bake 30 minutes or until bubbly. Makes 8 servings--3/4 cup.
