Introduction

Egg salad for a crowd. Egg salad for a crowd.
Number of Servings: 12

Ingredients

    10 eggs
    120 ml whipped light dressing ( pc)
    1 tsp chopped fresh chives
    dash of salt

Directions

Boil 10 eggs( for 10 min), crack ,rinse and peel
chop
add Mayo and chives
mix, use icecream scoop to measure out one scoop ,
can be used as filling for sandwhiches or on a bed of greens as a salad
