Parmesan Chicken, Sherrie's

Number of Servings: 4

Ingredients

    2 boneless skinless chicken breasts (4 halves)
    2 T flour
    1cup buttermilk
    1/2 cup parmesan cheese
    1/2 cup bread crumbs
    2 T olive oil

Directions

Pound chicken breasts so even and flat
Coat each breast in flour
Dip in buttermilk mixed with parm cheese
Coat with bread crumbs
Season to taste
Fry in Olive Oil, about 10 min per side, or until chicken is done. It's important not to flip more than once.

Makes 4 servings.
