Thai'd Up Teriyaki Haddock/Basa

Introduction

I originally tried this recipe with Basa Fillets and it turned out AMAZING!! But I am sure it would taste just as good with Pollock, Haddock, Sole, Pickerel, Perch - or most white fish. I originally tried this recipe with Basa Fillets and it turned out AMAZING!! But I am sure it would taste just as good with Pollock, Haddock, Sole, Pickerel, Perch - or most white fish.
Number of Servings: 4

Ingredients

    4 Fillets of Basa (or another white fish)
    1/2 Head of Garlic
    1/3 Cup Thai Chili Sauce
    1/3 Cup Teriyaki Sauce

Directions

Mince garlic into a bowl. Mix in Thai Chili Sauce and Teriyaki Sauce. Spread sauce mix onto tops of fillets and grill until fish becomes flaky. Serve and enjoy!!
