Ingredients

    Dannon, Light & Fit Carb & Sugar Control Vanilla Cream Yogurt, 4 oz, 1 serving (remove)
    Westbrae, WestSoy Soy Slender Soymilk Vanilla, 1 cup, 1 serving (remove)
    Genisoy Soy Protein Powder - 1 serving = 3 scoops, .33 serving (remove)

Directions

Place all ingredients in to a blender, blend to desired texture. If you are able to add berries, add small amounts of strawberries, raspberries etc.
