Introduction

Number of Servings: 4

Ingredients

    10 oz condensed chicken broth
    2 Tbsp cornstarch
    2 Tbsp (fancy) molasses
    3 Tbsp (low sodium) soy sauce

    1 Tbsp olive oil
    3/4 pound boneless, skinless chicken breast halves (about 3), cut into thin strips

    1 tsp olive oil
    1 small green pepper, cut into slivers
    1 cup chopped onion
    1/2 cup chopped celery


Directions

Stir chicken broth, cornstarch, molasses, and soy sauce in small bowl, set aside.

Stir fry chicken in first amount of olive oil, transfer to bowl.

Stir fry green pepper, onion, and celery. Add chicken, stir in cornstarch mixture. Stir all until boiling and thickened. Serve over rice. Serves 4.
