Homemade chicken nuggets

Ingredients

    4 large chicken breasts (boneless/skinless)
    1.5 C whole wheat flour
    1/4 c egg substitue
    1/4 c skim milk
    Johnny's seasoning salt
    garlic powder
    onion powder
    paprika

Directions

Cut chicken into 1-2 inch cubes. In bowl, mix flour
and seasonings (season to personal liking).
In another bowl, mix egg substitute and milk. Submerge chicken cubes in egg mixture, then dredge in flour mixture. Put in glass baking pan (spray bottom with non-stick cooking spray). Bake in preheated oven @ 425 for approx 20 minutes.
