Ingredients

    4 c. homemade chicken stock
    2 c. coconut milk and cream
    1 lb. chicken, cut into small cubes
    1 jalapeno chilie
    1 tbsp grated fresh ginger
    1 tbsp fish sauce (optional)
    2 tbsp lime juice
    chopped cilantro for garnish

Directions

Simmer all ingredients until meat is cooked through. Garnish with cilantro. Serves 8
