Seed Mix Toppings

Introduction

1 serving = a pinch or 2 - about 1/2 TBLS

I use 1/2 Roasted Sesame Seeds & 1/2 Black Sesame Seeds, but any combo will do

Ingredients

    1 TBLS Flaxseed
    1 TBLS Sunflower Seeds (dry roasted)
    1 TBLS Black Sesame Seeds
    1 TBLS Roasted Sesame Seeds
    (or any combo of black, natural or roasted)

Directions

Combine all the seeds & keep handy for many uses!

Toss with vegies; Add to Cottage Cheese, Ice Cream or Cereal; Top off Mashed Banana, Peanut Butter, Baked Potato or Guacamole. Great Bird Seed too!
