Royals Lemon Chicken

Number of Servings: 4

Ingredients

    -4 boneless skinless chicken breasts
    -1/4 cup flour
    -1/4 cup salted butter
    - fresh squeezed lemon juice (from one lemon)
    -1/4 cup alcohol removed chardonnay
    -1/4 cup water
    -3 cups cooked rice

Directions

-coat chicken breast in flour
-place in non stick fying pan with butter
-cook on 3/4 heat til brown on outside (brown both sides
-add freshly squeezed lemon, chardonnay and water
-reduce heat to medium and cover
-flip chicken occasionally
-cook chicken till white in the middle
(you may need to add additional water if the liquid evaporates too much befor chicken is cooked ie. if starts to burn)
-once chicken is cooked reduce the liquid
-serve on cooked rice (prepare rice according to package instructions)
