    1 GREEN PEPPER CUT INTO SLICES OR STRIPS
    I CUP OF SLICED FRESH MUSHROOMS
    1 PACKAGE FROZEN SPINACH, THAWED AND DRAINED
    1 SERVING TURKEY PEPPERONI
    GRATED PARMESAN CHEESE
    1 OZ MOZZARELLA CHEESE PART SKIM MILK
    1 CUP SPAGHETTI SAUCE

Directions

SPRAY 8X8 PAN WITH NONSTICK SPRAY
LAYER VEGATABLES IN DISH
POUR 1 CUP SPAGHETTI SAUCE OVER VEGGIES.
TOP WITH TURKEY PEPPERONIS

  • I really enjoyed this and my mother did to, not my dad's favorite, but we'll definitely make it again. The only thing is that I think the pan size to the amount of vegies is a little off. Cook it intuitively and it works great! - 8/14/07
