Berry Berry Good

Submitted by: NYCX1004

Introduction

This is a simple breakfast, lunch, snack or dessert. It's a great way to start your day, or when you need something sweet in the midday. I enjoy it, and your getting your yogurt and fruit in it! I use the Activia yogurt because not only does it taste great, but i feel that it keeps me going regularly. This is a simple breakfast, lunch, snack or dessert. Ingredients

Dannon Activia Strawberry Yogurt 4 oz.
    * you can choose the light version if you like*
Frozen Strawberries, a couple of berries like 5-6
Frozen Raspberries, a couple of berries like 5-8
*the Frozen isle is great for getting fruits in whatever season your in! You can just buy a bag of mixed berries and use that as well! My grocer didn't have that so i bought the strawberries and raspberries!
Granola- not too much about 1/4 of a cup
    * the granola that i use is called bear naked protein in original. great in providing 5grams of protien.

Directions

Get a cereal bowel or a soup bowel. Place your frozen berries in the bowel. If your berries aren't thawed then place your bowel into the microwave for about 15-20 seconds. Keep an eye on the berries, because you don't want the berries to be cooked, just thawed out. After that, place your yogurt in the bowel and add your granola on top. If your like me, you can mix in all the ingredients and just dig in, or you can just dig in without mixing it in! Enjoy!
