Vegan Pumpkin Custard

Introduction

This is made without regular milk and with no eggs! This is made without regular milk and with no eggs!
Number of Servings: 6

Ingredients

    24 oz. 100% pure pumpkin
    1 pkg. 349 grams Firm Tofu
    1.5 tblsp. cinnamon
    1.5 tblsp. agave necture
    8 oz. lite vanilla soy milk

    Mike together in a blender!

Directions

Bake in a 8.5 X 11 baking dish or similar.

Cook for 15 minutes at 425 degrees
Cook for 50 minutes at 350 degrees

Stick toothpick in to see when it's done.
Done when toothpick comes out clean.
