Ingredients

    Take a pyrex pie plate and level refried beans on the bottom.
    Cover with salsa
    Mix green chilies with mashed avocado and lemon juice. Layer on salsa
    Mix sour cream and taco seasoning and layer on avocado
    sprinkle with gr. onions, tomatoes and cheese
    Let set a couple of hours
    Eat with tortilla chips

    Ok, I don't know how to edit the recipe so here are the amounts.
    Refried beans 1 can (small)
    sour cream 1 cup
    salsa 1/4 cup or enough to cover the beans
    tomato, gr. onions, and cheese, enough of each to cover the dish on top.
    Avocado 1 ripe smashed and blend in one small can of gr chilies.

  • I make the same dip except without the chiles, avocado and lemon juice. I am going to try it though! - 9/18/08
