Coconut Plum Squares

Ingredients

    1/2 c. butter
    1 c. flour
    1/2 c. brown sugar
    2 large eggs, well beaten
    1/2 tsp vanilla
    2 tbsp flour
    1/2 tsp baking powder
    1/4 tsp salt
    1 1/2 cups coconut
    1 cup chopped dried plums

Directions

Cream together butter, flour and brown sugar. Using 8x8 baking pan, bake for approximately 20 minutes in 350 degree oven. Mix remaining ingredients and cover crust with mixture and bake for 25 minutes in 325 degree oven.
Cool and cut into squares.
