Introduction

Please note that the egg roll wrappers I use are found at Asian markets and are only 20 calories each. I have never found these in regular grocery stores. They come in packs of 25 wrappers. Number of Servings: 25

Ingredients

    Canola Oil, 1 tbsp
    Teriyaki Sauce, 1/4 cup
    Cole slaw mix 454 grams
    Green Onions, raw 4 stalks
    Water chestnuts, 1 cup slices
    Egg roll wrappers (25 wrappers)
    Jennie-O Extra Lean Ground Turkey, 8 oz
    Bean sprouts, 454 grams
    Walden Farms Peanut Spread, 2 tbsp
    Garlic powder, 3 tsp

Directions

Brown ground turkey
saute all the veggies in teriyaki or soy sauce until soft
combine meat and veggies
roll into wrappers.
Pan fry with cooking spray or a very small amount of oil. I used cooking spray.
