Introduction

I love this chicken salad .. I use this when I dont have any fresh chicken breast available I love this chicken salad .. I use this when I dont have any fresh chicken breast available
Number of Servings: 2

Ingredients

    Hormel Breast of Chicken in water, 12.5 oz can
    Raisins, 1 small box (1.5 oz)
    Celery, raw, 2 cup, diced
    Baby Carrots, raw, 1 medium
    Onions, raw, .5 cup, chopped
    Kraft Mayo Light Mayonnaise (Mayo), 3 tbsp
    Cilantro, raw, 3 tbsp
    *McCormick GrillMates Montreal Steak Seasoning, 0.25 tsp
    crushed pineapple in can .5 cup

Directions

In a mini food processor.. combine carrots,onions cilantro and celery.
Pulse a few times.. so that it is chunky
In a large bowl.. strain out the water from the Hormel Chicken and break up to tiny pieces with fork.
Add the chopped veggies, pineapple, raisins, mayo and seasonings.
Serve on bread of your choice or on crackers... Enjoy!!!!
