Early Fall Pasta Medley

Ingredients

    I use ragu chunky garden style sauce
    start with garlic and onions first, then celery, peppers, steam the broccoli and cauliflower but only 5 minutes just to blanche. Go back to saute pan and take out half of the mix and set aside with broccoli, cauliflower. Now add kale to the saute pan with italian dressing and mix until slightly wilted.

    (With kale, I just take the knife to the stem and run it along the stem to get just the leafy stuff. Then I lightly run the knife through them to get long strains of it).

    Mix all veggies and let sit. Sometimes I just keep this separate and cook the pasta or rice to serve with the pasta or you can mix it all together. Up to you.
