Mmm good chicken fingers

Introduction

these chicken fingers are fried, but good! And healthy too! these chicken fingers are fried, but good! And healthy too!
Number of Servings: 5

Ingredients

    1 cup white flour
    1 tbsp black pepper
    1 tbsp salt
    1.5 tbsp garlic powder
    3 boneless, skinless chicken breast
    olive oil (enough to fry in)

Directions

mix flour, pepper, salt and garlic pepper in a bowl.
cut up chicken into small chicken nugget size.
dip chicken into flour mix until well coated.
fry in a skillet with heated olive oil until chicken is white all the way through.
eat and enjoy.

*note* You may use more or less pepper, salt, and garlic to suit your taste. Also, I use white flour, but you can substitue it for any kind that you prefer to use.
