French Onion Chicken

Ingredients

    3 boneless chicken breast halves about 1 pound
    1 cup of you favorite french fried onions
    1 jumbo egg

Directions

Pound chicken breast till they are the same thickness, what ever you prefer is fine.

Beat egg up real good.

Take french onions and place in a zip lock bag and crush up, to the consistency of bread crumbs.

Place chicken in egg bath, then into the french onions, then onto a wire rack placed over a baking dish.

Bake in over for 30 min at 350 or until reched desired doneness of 180.
