Spicy tender chicken that's easy to make and good for you! Spicy tender chicken that's easy to make and good for you!
Number of Servings: 4


    4 boneless, skinless chicken breasts
    2 Tbsp. Extra-virgin olive oil
    2 Tbsp. Balsamic vinegar
    1 tsp. Cajun Dust Blackening Spice (or other Cajun seasoning)
    1/2 tsp. Sea Salt


Measure Olive Oil and Balsamic Vinegar into bottom of slow cooker pot.

Place Chicken Breasts in the oil and vinegar. Add water to just below top of chicken breasts.

Sprinkle spices on top of chicken. (Use more Cajun Dust if desired.)

Cook on low for 6-10 hours.
