Introduction
These chocolate chip cookies are loaded with chips, and not the fat! These chocolate chip cookies are loaded with chips, and not the fat!Number of Servings: 40
Ingredients

1/2oz pkg-Hershey' Semi Sweet Chocolate Chips
1 1/8 cups-Organic All-Purpose White Flour
1/2 tsp-Vanilla Extract
1/2 cup-butter
1/4 tsp- Salt
1/4 cup- Egg substitute, liquid (Egg Beaters),
1/2 tsp-Baking Soda
2 tbs plus 2 tsp-Splenda Sugar Blend for Baking
2 tbs plus 2 tsp-Splenda Brown Sugar Blend
Directions
Preheat oven to 375.
Spray cookie sheet with cooking spray.
In bowl combine flour, baking soda and salt.
In separate bowl combine butter, vanilla, and both sugars until smooth with mixer. Then add egg and egg beaters beat until smooth.
Slowly mix in flour mixture, combine until there is not any dry flour left.
Mix in chocolate chips.
Once all combined scoop teaspoon size batter onto cookie sheet per cookie. Should yield 72 cookies.
Cook in oven for 8-10 minutes.
Remove from cookie sheet let cool.
