This is my adaptation of a dish they sell prepared in the Wegman's Deli. I don't use cheese as they do and I prefer this with fresh broccoli rabbe. Ingredients

12 oz. broccoli rabbe (frozen)
--use one full bunch if using fresh--
2 cloves garlic
1 tsp olive oil
Salt and pepper to taste
Directions
Makes 4 3/4 cup servings.
1. Blanch rappi 2-3 min in large pot of boiling salted water; drain.
2. Add olive oil and garlic to saute pan on MEDIUM. Stir and cook for about 10 seconds, until golden brown. Add rappi; season to taste with salt and pepper. Cook, stirring occasionally, about 2 min, until hot.
