Ingredients

    4 chicken breast cooked and shredded
    1box msg free chicken broth plus 2 c water.
    2 c mushrooms
    2 c sliced carrots
    1 c brown rice
    1 can 98% fat free cream chicken soup
    1 tsp. sage, optional

Directions

saute mushrooms and carrots in 1 tsp olive oil. Roast rice in seperate skillet until golden. Add to mushrooms, carrots, chicken broth,chicken and cream chicken soup. Simmer. 1 tsp of sage opitional.
