Introduction

This is quick easy and delicious to make using canned corn beef This is quick easy and delicious to make using canned corn beef
Number of Servings: 12

Ingredients

    2 12 oz can corn beef
    3 pototoes peeled and diced
    1 onion diced
    2 tomatoes diced
    1 T oil
    salt and pepper to taste
    garlic powder or granulated garlic to taste

Directions

Add oil to heated pan cook potatoes and onion until tender add corn beef combine continue to cook until potatoes are cooked completely and corn beef heated season with salt pepper and garlic to your taste

(We serve this over baked potatoes with broccoli or over rice)

serves 12 about 1/3 cup each

  • love corn beef hash as we call it. I used frozen hash brown potatoes and used a big spoon to make an egg sized nest and crack a few eggs into it then cover till eggs solidify. now you can call it "egg nest hash" ps don't forget the ketchup! - 9/27/08
