I left out the hot pepper, sustitituted swiss for pepper jack and used red leaf lettuce instead of spinach. I used a green chile dip that I had in the fridge and pressed a whole Avocado in to make the spread. Also, roasted red peppers instead of yellow, made this delicious! - 9/18/08

  • This was very delicious! I think I would substitute plain yogurt for hte mayonnaise next time too. I also added a slice of tomato. Would be easy to make a few servings of the sauce and use to make lunches for the week. The avocado will keep because of the lime juice. - 9/24/08
