IntroductionA spicy chicken and fruit salad, delicious cold. A spicy chicken and fruit salad, delicious cold.
Grapes, 1/2 cup, seedless green
Apples, fresh, 2 medium, diced
Raisins, 1/4 cup (not packed)
Pecans, 1/4 cup, coarsly chopped
Celery, raw, 1/2 cup, chopped
Tyson, Chicken Breasts, boneless and skinlless 16 oz or about 2 (cook and dice)
Yogurt, plain, low fat, 1/2 cup
Apple Cider Vinegar, 1 tbsp
Curry powder, 2 tbsp
Nutmeg, ground, 1/4 tsp
Coarse Kosher Salt, 1/4 tsp
Black Pepper, coarse ground, 1/4 tsp
In a separate bowl, mix remaining ingredients. Pour into fruit and chicken mixture, and toss well. Chill in refrigerator.
