Crockpot Chicken Stew Crockpot Chicken Stew
Number of Servings: 4

Ingredients

    .25 cup flour
    .50 tsp. black pepper
    olive oil
    .50 cup sliced mushrooms
    1 potato cubed
    2 LBS. cubed boneless/skinless chicken breast
    .25 cup diced onion
    .25 cup diced baby carrots
    2 bay leaves
    1.50 cups Light/Fat Free Chicken Broth

Directions

1. Mix the flour, Pepper. Dredge chicken in Flour.
2. In a skillet place on stovetop set to medium-high heat, heat oil and sear chicken on all sides.
3. Add meat and remaining ingredients to crock-pot slow cooker. Cover and cook on low for 4-6 hours or on High for 2-3 hours.

I made this in a 2 Quart Slow Cooker.
