A truly a elegant dish. Using a better cut of beef and then serve it at a dinner party. It is that elegant! Next time, rice since pasta was slippery underneath the sauce. Added organic cornstarch to thicken the sauce a bit.
I used fresh cilantro and the house smelled wonderfu - 11/2/10
I made this with a hunk of chuck steak because that was what was on sale this week. It was incredible! The meat just melted away in my mouth! I agree it needed a bit of salt, but we have gotten away from putting it in while cooking, just adding what we need to our plates. I WILL make this again! - 6/15/10
Thank you for the response Brenda. I made it with the 12 teaspoons of worcestershire and it was wonderful. A very easy and tasty meal. - 1/14/09

12 teaspoons. i tend to be heavy handed with it, because i really like the taste of it with beef. you can always edit down a bit if you don't like it as much though. hope that helps.
Oh my gosh! This was delicious! So easy. The leftovers would be great as a french dip. A keeper for sure. - 12/3/08
