2 cups white rice cooked
2 lbs. beef tips for stir fry
8 oz mushrooms
1 large head of cabbage (shredded)
cook rice as directed on the package.
(enough to yield 4 cups)
Saute beef and garlic in heated olive oil, until beef is brown. Add Cabbage and mushrooms and cover. Steam until veggies are tender.
Salt and pepper to taste
Serve over rice.
