Introduction

Ingredients

    470 grams Extra Lean ground beef
    1 Tblsp Vegetable oil
    12 grams / 4 cloves fresh garlic
    1 tsp black pepper
    19 oz/ 540 ml can of black beans
    127 ml/ 1 small can Old El Paso green chilis
    1 tsp Paprika
    1 tsp Chili Powder

    1 Tblsp Vegetable oil
    154 grams/ 2 medium carrots
    161 grams/ 1 large yellow pepper
    209 grams/ 1 large red pepper
    199 grams/ 1 large green pepper
    249 grams brocolli florets
    160 grams cellery
    205 grams/ med white onion
    253 grams/ 2 small tomatoes

Directions

Brown lean ground beef with vegetable oil in large sauce pan.
Add fresh garlic chopped.
Add Black Pepper, Paprika & Chili Powder
Add black beans -
Stir ingredients together then set aside.

Cut in bite size pieces all the vegetables.
With 1 Tbsp vegetable oil - Stir fry vegetables starting with the carrots & peppers and ending with the onions then tomatoes.
Keep somewhat crisp do not over cook

Combine the ground beef mixture with the stir fried vegies.
Simmer for 30 - 60 minutes or untill you can't resist any more - Enjoy!
Makes aprox. 10 servings 1 cup per serving.

You can serve this dish alone or with pasta or rice.
