I bet this would be good with graham crackers to make a "ice cream" sandwich. It looks very good!

Very Good
I tried this at a party & really liked it. It was served with cinnamon graham crackers. It would also make a nice frozen pie.

Incredible!
This is so good! Sweet, seasonal, and healthy treat. I had all the ingredients on hand and it only took a few minutes to make. Even my fiance, who is usually not a big pumpkin fan, loved it! Just what I needed for my sweet tooth too. Thank you!

My kids love this! I put it inbetween graham crackers and freeze for a healthy ice cream sandwich. Also, great to use as a trifle filling with gingerbread or pound cake.
