Beetroot & Yoghurt dip

Ingredients

    410g can of beetroot
    1 cup plain Greek yoghurt
    1 tsp Oregano
    1 tsp salt
    1 tsp black pepper

Directions

Pop the beetroot in a blender to chop it down then add the yoghurt, oregano, salt & pepper. Nice with chopped carrots!
