Introduction

Colorful and fresh salad Colorful and fresh salad
Number of Servings: 2

Ingredients

    1 red pepper, seeded and cut in chunks
    1 cucumber, cut in chunks
    2 cups grape tomatoes, halved, or 1 large tomato, cut in chunks
    5 radishes, cut in chunks
    1 tbs olive oil
    juice and zest of 1 lemon
    1 tbs herbs du provence or dried herbs of choice
    1 package tyson precooked chicken, cut in chunks

Directions

in bowl, combine herbs, lemon juice and olive oil and whisk together.

Add in vegetables and chikcen chunks

Toss and serve
