Ingredients

    4 slices Dempsters Body Wise whole wheat bread (or Weight Watchers)
    4 slices turkey bacon
    2 Tbsps fat free Miracle Whip
    .5 c. Simply Egg whites
    1 whole large tomato, sliced thickly
    6 leaves romaine lettuce or a few handsful mixed greens
    olive oil spray or Pam for egg whites

Directions

Cook turkey bacon rashers in micro wave or on stove according to package directions. Spray teflon pan and cook egg whites on high turning once underside is browned. Meanwhile toast bread. Assemble open faced sandwiches: miracle whip, egg white frittata, turkey bacon slices cut in 1/2, tomato slices, romaine lettuce or mixed greens.
