Ingredients

    * Chicken Breast, no skin, 14 ounces (remove)
    * Spaghetti/Marinara Sauce (tomato sauce), 2.50 cup (remove)
    * Celery, raw, 0.25 cup, diced (remove)
    * Garlic, 2 cloves (remove)
    * Mushrooms, fresh, 1 cup, pieces or slices (remove)
    * Onions, raw, 0.25 cup, chopped (remove)
    * Green Peppers (bell peppers), 1 cup, chopped (remove)
    * mazola simplicity, 1 serving (remove)

Directions

Spray pan with Mazola Simplicity S
aute the vegetables beginning with onion celery and garlic.
Add green peppers and mushrooms.
Add chicken and brown then add marinara sauce.
Simmer for about 30 minutes to allow it to thicken.
Serve over whole wheat spaghetti (not included in nutritional count)
Makes 4 servings
