My mashed potatoes

Number of Servings: 10

Ingredients

    10 cups potatoes, diced
    1/2 stick butter
    1 cup milk
    salt, to taste

Directions

Cut up potatoes into diced pieces, equaling 10 cups. Cover with water in cooking pan and cook until desired tenderness reached. Drain. Put back into pan, add remaining ingredients, and mash. Makes 10 one cup servings.
