Ingredients

    2 small boneless chicken thighs, cooked and chopped
    6 red grapes cut in half
    3 celery sticks, chopped
    2 T. cooked quinoa
    2 T. fat-free sour cream

Directions

Stir all ingredients and chill. One luncheon serving.
