Ghallager Fitness Protien Bars

Introduction

Protien bar Protien bar
Number of Servings: 18

Ingredients

    2 c all natural peanut butter
    1 1/2 c honey or agave syrup
    2 c 100% whey protien powder (any flavor)
    2 c old fashioned oats
    1/2 c pumpkin seeds
    1/2 c raisins
    1/4 c coco nibs
    1/4 c dried cranberries
    1/4 c dried coconut shredded

Directions

Melt peanut butter and honey (or agave syrup) in saucepan over medium heat and mix to blend. Mix in remaining ingredients until incorperated and press into a greased (with cooking spray) pan. Let cool and set, then cut into bars. Put each bar into plastic wrap or baggie for storage.
