Ingredients

Ground beef, lean, 32 oz
Old Fashioned Quaker Oatmeal- Plain, 1 cup
Garlic powder, 1 tsp
Low Sodium Ketchup, 1/2 cup
Egg, fresh, 2 medium
Directions
Spray pan with cooking spray. Mix beef,eggs, oats, garlic powder, and 1/4 cup ketchup. form into a loaf and place into a 13x9 pan. Cover with foil. Bake at 350 for 35 minutes. Remove foil and pour remaining ketchup over loaf and return to oven for 10 to 15 minutes until ketchup is bubbly. Makes about 10 to 12 servings.
