Wilted lettuce

Ingredients

    1 head favorite lettuce, I use my garden lettuce
    2 tsp bacon grease
    1/4 c apple cider vinegar
    salt and pepper to taste

Directions

Heat skillet over medium high heat. Add one head of lettuce, chopped or torn to skillet. Pour over bacon grease and vinegar, add salt and pepper to taste. Stir mixture once, and turn skillet off and cover for 5 minutes. Serve warm.
