Ingredients

1/2 cup of Pesto
4 sliced red potatoes
2 medium squash
dice onion
salt
Directions
Slice the potatoes and the squash. First cook the potatoes and onion in a pan with a little olive oil until almost cooked (approx. 20 min). Add the squash and continue to cook another 10 min. Finally tossin the pesto and cook over low heat for 5 min. and you are done!
