Introduction

great for decreasing bloat! great for decreasing bloat!
Number of Servings: 8

Ingredients

    1 fresh cucumber, peeled and sliced
    1 lemon, sliced
    1 tsp fresh grated ginger
    mint leaves (I just use a bunch!)

Directions

put all ingredients in 2 qt container, fill with water (I have great well water, so I use tap). Let steep over night, then chill and drink throughout the day. I found that you have to grate the ginger to get the most benefit, but it does create the need to strain, unless you don't mind it in your drink! Could not put the mint in the calculator, since fresh mint leaves were not in the food list!
