Introduction

These muffins use no flour so are great for a gluten free diet. These muffins use no flour so are great for a gluten free diet.
Number of Servings: 12

Ingredients

    6 large eggs
    1/3 cup honey
    1 1/2 cups walnuts
    1 tsp. baking soda
    1/4 tsp. salt
    1 tsp. vanilla extract
    1 banana

Directions

Process eggs, honey, walnuts for 4 minutes. Then add all other ingredients except salt. Process until smooth. Add salt. Process. Scoop into muffin tins. Makes 12 muffins.
