Pace Picante Sauce
2 lbs boneless, skinless chicken breast
19oz can Old El Paso Enchilada sauce
2 cups Mexican blend shredded cheese
9 flour tortillas
1 med can sliced black olives
Layer in casserole dish enchilada sauce, tortillas, chicken, black olives, cheese and repeat.
Cook in 350 degree oven 30-35 mins
Swap low fat cheese and tortillas and save on fat content.
