Cheesy Beefaroni

Submitted by: TNHOLLIE

Introduction

It was hard for me to come up with a name for this...I adapted the recipe from a Spaghetti Pie recipe. I used elbow macaroni instead of spaghetti, but the rest is the same, only lighter ingredients. 2 c. Kraft 2% Italian shredded cheese
    1 tsp salt
    1 tsp garlic powder
    1 dash black pepper
