Introduction

I took a recipe from a book and edited it until I found my own recipe that I loved. I took a recipe from a book and edited it until I found my own recipe that I loved.
Number of Servings: 6

Ingredients

    1 pound lean hamburger (96/4)
    1 medium Onion, chopped
    1 tbsp Garlic, or 3 cloves
    1 1/2 tbsp Granulated Sugar
    1/2 tbsp Basil flakes
    1/2 tbs Oregano flakes
    1-14 oz can Hunt's Tomato Sauce
    1-14 oz can Hunt's Petite Diced Tomatoes
    2-6 oz cans Hunt's Tomato Paste
    3 cups Barilla pasta, cooked

Directions

Cook hamburger, chopped onion and garlic together over medium high heat, breaking up hamburger. Reduce to medium low. Add sugar and stir well into hamburger mixture. Stir in basil and oregano.

Add the diced tomatoes, sauce, and paste. Stir well and heat until hot and bubbly. Pour sauce over pasta noodles and serve.
